Participating in the “Excel in Your Career” bootcamp organised by Coders Who Travel was a valuable experience that contributed to my personal and professional growth. The program was structured to help participants build practical skills that are important for career development in today’s competitive world.

Learning Experience

The bootcamp was led by a knowledgeable trainer, Afia Owusu Forfie, who guided us through each session with clarity and patience. The training covered important topics such as career planning, professional communication, and essential workplace skills. Each session was designed to be interactive, allowing participants to engage, ask questions, and apply what they were learning.

Challenges Faced

Like many online learning experiences, there were some challenges along the way. One of the main difficulties was frequent light outages, which sometimes interrupted sessions. In addition, poor internet connectivity made it harder at times to follow discussions smoothly.

Despite these issues, the sessions continued, and efforts were made to ensure that learning was not completely disrupted. These challenges also helped build resilience and adaptability, which are important skills in any career path.

Commitment and Attendance

Throughout the bootcamp, I made sure to be present for every meeting. Consistency played a key role in making the most out of the program. Attending all sessions helped me stay updated, participate in discussions, and fully benefit from the lessons being taught.
