The course curriculum was manageable and chronologically built on itself to help us build confidence and culminate with a project presentation at the end of the semester. Administratively, the course ran very smoothly and on-time with Afia Owusu-Forfie, our class leader and moderator, extremely personable and valuable in maximizing our learning experience.
I enjoyed working with Afia on our project. She was very clear about what we could expect with the finished product and the dates it would be completed. She met her deadlines and we were pleased with the final product.
Afia founded Women Who Code Accra, the first Women Who Code Network in Sub Saharan Africa in 2015. She continues to provide leadership for the Network. She leads the directors to come up with programmes for the Network and also serves as a mentor to the Women in the Network
I worked with Afia on a couple of projects to help with our data analysis. She was a prompt professional, and did an awesome job! I would definitely recommend her services.
